Development Charge Abatement Program for non-residential development
On June 26, 2017 Council passed a Bylaw abating non-residential development charges until 2019* with the exception of the Rama Road Corridor.
The County of Simcoe matched the Township of Ramara’s Bylaw for Industrial Development.
Development Charges for Water and Sewer have also been abated in the Ramara Industrial Park until 2019*. Development in the Industrial Park is only subject to School Board Development charges as outlined below.
