Upcoming Changes
Starting December 4, 2023, Simcoe County will adjust its curbside waste collection zones. For Zone Two (Ramara), the changes are as follows:
- There are two consecutive recycling collective weeks (November 27-30 and December 4-7).
- One week will be skipped for garbage collection (week of December 4-7) as they switch to their new cart rotation.
- As a result of the skipped garbage collection week, households are entitled to set out one free untagged bag of garbage, placed next to their garbage cart, on their new garbage collection week of December 11-14.
