Lagoon City Beaches and Footbridges

Beaches and Parks

Residents of Lagoon City pay a levy for the management, maintenance, regulation and control of certain lands and waterways in Lagoon City, including two parks and adjoining beaches. There are two private beaches within Lagoon City, which are for the use of Lagoon City residents and their guests.

To ensure proper use of the private beaches, the Lagoon City Parks and Waterways Commission (LCPWC) implemented a wristband program to ensure the users of the private beaches are residents of Lagoon City. The LCPWC PW-01-18 – Private Beaches Wristband Policy outlines the procedures and regulations of the program.
