Transition Notice
Effective September 15, 2026, the Township of Ramara has transitioned to the Bids and Tenders online procurement platform.
During this transition period, open bid opportunities may be posted either on the Township website, Biddingo, or the Bids and Tenders platform.
All new bid opportunities issued on or after September 15, 2026, will be posted through the Township's Bids and Tenders portal.
Bid opportunities issued prior to September 15, 2026, and currently open will remain available through their original posting location until they close (Township website and Biddingo).

The Township of Ramara issues tenders throughout the year for the purchase of goods and services. This encourages local businesses to participate and allows the Township to receive competitive rates.
Visit our Bid Opportunities portal to create an account, view bids or register as a plan taker.
Procurement documents contain the following details:
- How to submit your bid
- Deadlines for submitting your bid
- Required applications

Technical Support
Vendors who are interested in providing goods and services to the Township of Ramara will need to create an account on Bids and Tenders to automatically receive tender alerts. Vendors will receive an email notification when the Township has posted a bid opportunity that is relevant to the vendor's business.

Contractor Health and Safety Compliance
