In-Person Health Care Coming to Ramara

Dr. Anoushka Mohammadiankhorasani (Dr. Mo), a primary care physician, will begin serving the community starting in July, with a new medical practice located at the Ramara Medical Centre in Brechin.

Ramara Industrial Park

The Ramara Industrial Park located in Brechin,Ontario, southeast of the intersection of Highway 12 and County Road 47. Municipal water and sewer will serve the lots created within the Ramara Industrial Park, as well as a three-stage plan for hydro. 

Permitted Land Uses

The designation of the Ramara Industrial Park is Village in the Township's Official Plan, and Village Industrial Exception Two in the Township's Zoning Bylaw. All uses within the Industrial Park are subject to the Township's Site Plan Control Bylaw.

Development Charges

Within the Ramara Industrial Park, developers will only be responsible for paying the applicable educational development charges. The Township of Ramara and County of Simcoe have waived the respective municipal development charges, to promote industrial development within Ramara.
