The Township of Ramara would like to advise residents that construction of the new armour stone wall at Atherley Park, located at 3 Winchester Street, is scheduled to begin on October 7, 2026.

Construction is anticipated to take approximately one week to complete, weather and site conditions permitting. For the safety of workers and the public, residents are asked to stay clear of the work zone while construction is underway. Temporary restrictions to the beach area will be required during this time.

Residents are welcome to continue enjoying the remainder of the park, however, we ask that all visitors respect posted signage, barriers, and restricted access areas that will be in place throughout the project.

The Township appreciates resident's patience and cooperation during this improvement project and looks forward to the community enjoying the upgraded waterfront area once construction is complete.
