Notice of Fees and Charges Bylaw Amendment Consideration - AMPS Administrative Fees
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Ramara intends to consider amendments to the Fees and Charges Bylaw at its meeting on May 11, 2026. The draft amendments will propose administrative fees in relation to the proposed Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS) for the Township of Ramara, which was discussed at Committee of the Whole on April 13 and 27, 2026, and will be on the May 11, 2026, agenda for Council's consideration.
The draft bylaw will be available on the Township’s CivicWeb Portal by Friday, May 8, 2026, at noon. Residents may register to speak in open public forum in relation to the proposals using the online registration form.
