Notice of Fees and Charges Bylaw Amendment Consideration - Legal Fee Addition and Consolidation
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Ramara intends to consider amendments to the Fees and Charges Bylaw at its meeting on April 13, 2026. The draft amendments will propose removal and consolidation of several existing fees and the addition of a new Schedule 'H" for legal fees, including an hourly rate, commissioning, and registration and deletion of documents.
The draft bylaw will be available on the Township’s CivicWeb Portal by Friday, April 10, 2026, at noon. Residents may register to speak in open public forum in relation to the proposals using the online registration form.
