Notice of the Adoption of Amendment No. 28 to the Official Plan of the Township of Ramara
Section 17 (22), Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990
TAKE NOTICE that on May 12, 2025, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Ramara enacted Bylaw No. 2025.29 adopting Amendment No. 28 to the Official Plan of the Township of Ramara.
The purpose of Amendment No. 28 is to amend policy 9.10 in the Highway Commercial land use designation within the Township of Ramara’s Official Plan (2003) to allow for the additional use of an outdoor recreational vehicle storage facility. The amendment is specific to North Part Lot 24, Concession 8, Mara, known municipally as 3819 McRae Park Road.
Amendment No. 28 will be available for inspection and review at the Township of Ramara Municipal Office at 2297 Highway 12, Brechin, Ont., during normal business hours and can be found on the Township of Ramara website at https://ramara.civicweb.net/document/109425/.
This application was reviewed concurrently with Zoning By-law Amendment File Z-5/24, which was approved on May 12, 2025.
Any person or public body will be entitled to receive the notice of the decision of the County of Simcoe, as the approval authority, if a written request to be notified of the decision is made to:
