Notice of Special Council Meeting re Litigation Update & Strategy - Bertrand et al v. Township of Ramara et al 2026 ONSC 1662
Monday, March 30, 2026
The Council of the Township of Ramara will hold a Special Meeting of Council on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 10 a.m. in the Council Chambers at the Township Administration Office for the purpose of receiving a further update respecting the legal matter Bertrand et al v. Township of Ramara et al. This in-person meeting may also be held electronically in accordance with the Township's Procedure Bylaw 2025.23. A portion of this meeting will be held in closed session.
Members of the public who wish to attend the Council Chambers during the open session portions of the meeting are welcome.
