Notice of Special Lagoon City Parks & Waterways Commission Meeting re Litigation Update & Strategy - Bertrand et al v. Township of Ramara et al 2026 ONSC 1662
Monday, March 30, 2026
The Lagoon City Parks & Waterways Commission of the Township of Ramara will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, March 30, 2026, at noon in the Council Chambers at the Township Administration Office for the purpose of receiving an update respecting the legal matter Bertrand et al v. Township of Ramara et al. This in-person meeting may also be held electronically in accordance with the Lagoon City Parks & Waterways Commission Procedure Bylaw. A portion of this meeting will be held in closed session.
Members of the public who wish to attend the Council Chamber during the open session portions of the meeting are welcome.
