Reminder: Join the Township of Ramara to honour 2025 Ramara Awards recipients Nov. 14

Ramara, Ont. / Nov. 12, 2025 – The Township of Ramara is reminding residents of the upcoming 2025 Ramara Awards Ceremony, taking place on Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Ramara Centre (5482 Highway 12).

The community is invited to come together to celebrate the achievements and contributions of this year’s award recipients. Guests will enjoy light refreshments, a cake cutting, and special presentations as the Township honours three remarkable residents whose efforts have made a lasting difference in the community.

2025 Award Recipients

Spirit of Ramara Award

·        Annalynn Faulkner – Recognized for her tireless work to improve local trails and waterways, helping enhance Ramara’s natural spaces for everyone to enjoy.

·        Paul Grunsten – Honoured for his leadership on community projects and dedication to improving safety and infrastructure across the Township.

Ramara Wall of Fame

·        Jane Lee – Remembered for her decades of volunteer service, including her work with the Royal Canadian Legion and food programs that supported families. Her kindness and commitment have left a lasting impact on Ramara.

The Ramara Wall of Fame and Spirit of Ramara Awards celebrate residents who bring positive attention to the Township through leadership, volunteerism, and community service.

Everyone is encouraged to attend the ceremony and help celebrate these deserving individuals who represent the spirit and values that strengthen the Ramara community.
