Restoration Works - Maple Trail, Lone Birch Trail, Ridge Avenue and Simcoe Road

Residents are advised that final restoration works related to the low-pressure sewer project on Maple Trail, Lone Birch Trail, Ridge Avenue and Simcoe Road are scheduled to take place the week of May 25, 2026.

Preparation work is underway today (May 22) and includes topsoil touch-ups. Asphalt removal, grading, paving operations and sod installation are anticipated to begin next week.

These activities may result in temporary traffic disruptions, including lane restrictions and/or reduced property access on Lone Birch Trail between Maple Trail and Simcoe Road. Specific details regarding timing and impacts are currently being finalized.

A detailed notice will be delivered to affected residents once the schedule and traffic control measures have been confirmed.
