The Council of the Township of Ramara will hold a Special Meeting of Council on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. The purpose of this Special Meeting is for Council to receive information respecting the Brechin Lagoon City Area Ratepayers Equity (BLARE) court application against the Township, and to consider the financial resources and litigation management measures required to respond. Further, the purpose is for Council to receive an update respecting the exercise of the industrial park repurchase options to consider required next steps.

This meeting will be held electronically only and a portion of the meeting will be held in closed session. The open session portions of the meeting will be livestreamed on the Township's YouTube channel.

Updated this 15^th day of October, 2026, to amend the title and purpose of the meeting to add Update Respecting Exercise of Industrial Park Repurchase Options.
