Site Plans

To ensure a proposed building project, meets the requirements of our Zoning Bylaw, you will need to provide us with a site plan.

Minor Variance

Apply for a minor variance when your proposed building project requires a small change to the restrictions of the Township's Zoning Bylaw. We recommend that you contact the us prior to applying to the Committee of Adjustment to discuss the application.

Severance or Consent

Apply for a consent when you want to sever a new lot, adjust the boundaries of an existing lot, or any other provision for consent as described under the Planning Act. We recommend that you contact the us prior to applying to the Committee of Adjustment to discuss the application.

Zoning Bylaw Amendments

Apply for a Zoning Bylaw Amendment when your land use proposal requires major changes to our Zoning Bylaw. We recommend that you contact us to arrange a pre-consultation meeting to ensure that you have all of the requirements for a complete application submission.

Official Plan Amendments

Apply for an Official Plan Amendment when your land use proposal requires a change to the Official Plan. Please note that most Official Plan Amendments also require a Zoning Bylaw Amendment.
