The Ontario Wildlife Damage Compensation Program provides financial assistance to producers whose livestock, poultry and honey bees have been damaged by wildlife. 

Make a Claim

Contact the Municipal Livestock Investigators who will make a site visit and complete all necessary forms.

The Livestock Investigator and municipal staff will submit the application, including photos and supporting documents to the Ministry.

What To Do If You Find an Injured/Killed Livestock

1. Ensure animal well-being.
2. Notify Township of Ramara or Municipal Livestock Investigators above as soon as possible and within 48 hours.
3. Preserve the carcass and the kill/injury site.
