Pay or Dispute a Violation Notice

Payment Options

You can pay your Administrative Monetary Penalty using one of the following methods:

If you were issued an invoice with your violation, your 10-digit customer (account) number listed on the invoice should be used as your account number when making a payment.

Online (Credit Card)

Pay online through PaySimply, a secure third-party provider (processing fees apply).
Payments are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Account Number Format:
Enter 20000 + your ticket number
(Example: Ticket 10134 → Account # 2000010134) or customer number from invoice. 


Online / Telephone Banking

Set up payment through your financial institution:

  • Payee: Ramara General Receivables
  • Account Number: 20000 + your ticket number or customer number from invoice

Cheque or Money Order

  • Payable to Township of Ramara
  • Include your account number (20000 + ticket number) on the front or customer number from invoice
  • Do not send cash
  • Payments are processed when received, not when mailed

Important

Payments must be received by the due date. Late payments may result in the penalty being confirmed and added as a debt owing to the Township.
