Road Allowances between Lots 15 & 16 between Concession D&E, E&F, and F&G, in the previously known. Geographic Township of Rama, currently located within the Township of Ramara

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Ramara has declared part of RDAL btn Lots 15 & 16, Rama; RDAL btn Con. D & E, Rama and RDAL btn Con. F & G, Rama; being RDAL btn Lots 15 & 16, Con. E & F, Rama, being all of PIN 74013-0067(LT) to be surplus.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Ramara proposes to enact a By-Law to stop-up, close and convey to the abutting property owner(s) that part of the RDAL btn Lots 15 & 16, Rama; RDAL btn Con. D & E, Rama and RDAL btn Con. F & G, Rama; being RDAL btn Lots 15 & 16, Con. E & F, Rama, being all of PIN 74013-0067(LT) described as all and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Geographic Township of Rama, in the County of Simcoe and being composed of the following:

FIRSTLY: THAT part of the RDAL btn Lots 15 & 16, Rama; RDAL btn Con. D & E, Rama and RDAL btn Con. F & G, Rama; being RDAL btn Lots 15 & 16, Con. E & F, Rama, being all of PIN 74013-0067(LT).

The proposed By-Law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting at the Township of Ramara Municipal Office, 2297 Highway 12, Brechin, Ontario, L0K 1B0 on the 9^th day of December, 2024 and at that time, the Council will hear in person or by his/her counsel, solicitor or agent any person who claims that his/her land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard. Any person who wishes to be heard by Council regarding this proposed closure must contact the Clerk to schedule a delegation with Council.
