Bayshore Drive
All affected property owners will be hand-delivered a notice

Simcoe Sewer and Water Ltd., a contractor for the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA), will be working on Bayshore Drive to investigate a potential water leak.

The investigation is scheduled to begin on Thursday, October 2, 2025 and will take place on Bayshore Drive between Lavender Court and Bayshore Drive. The duration of the work may vary depending on the findings.

During this time, residents in the area may experience temporary lane closures to accommodate the contractor’s equipment and ensure a safe working environment. If a leak is confirmed, repair work may be necessary, which could result in reduced water pressure or a temporary loss of water service. We recommend that residents prepare for essential use in case of service interruptions.
