Water Restored at the Bayshore Village Water System

Water service has been restored to the Bayshore Village Water System that affected properties on Bayshore Drive, Misty Court and Southview Drive.

The water remains safe to drink; however, coloured water and air in the plumbing may be present. Customers are encouraged to flush their water lines with cold water once work is complete to address potential pressure loss and coloured water.

Earlier today, residents were notified that there was a Township contractor completing an urgent watermain repair within the area of Bayshore Drive to Misty Court and Southview Drive.  There was a temporary water service interruption in order to complete the repair.
