Statement from CN
In 2018, CN identified Mi. 93.00 to Mi. 98.60 on the Newmarket subdivision located in Simcoe County near the Township of Ramara as “discontinue” on CN’s Three-Year Network Plan . The lines CN intends to continue to operate or discontinue identified on the Three-Year Network Plan are subject to change.
CN is currently reviewing its 2018 decision. Since early 2022 CN has been using its land and infrastructure on this track for staging and storing purposes. CN is not considering...

The Council of the Township of Ramara will be holding a Special Council meeting at 9:30 a.m. and a Special Committee of the Whole meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 6, 2023. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at the Administration Centre and streamed live on YouTube.

The Council of the Township of Ramara will be holding a Special Committee of the Whole meeting on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. The hybrid meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at the Administration Centre and electronically via zoom.
The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss the 2023 Budget for the Township of Ramara.
