Notice of Application for Approval to Expropriate Land Expropriations Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E.26

IN THE MATTER OF an application by The Corporation of the Township of Ramara for the approval to expropriate a portion of the lands being Part of the Original Road Allowance Between Lots 15 & 16, Concession D & E, Geographic Township of Rama, Township of Ramara, County of Simcoe, for the purpose of providing an Easement for use by the general public to access public lands by motorized off-road vehicles.

Flushing of watermains has been scheduled for September 21 in the following areas:

Davy Drive
Park Lane Crescent
Knob Hill

Flushing will take place between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

While the flushing is underway, short periods of low pressure and discoloured water may be expected. Any discolouration is temporary and not a health hazard.
