Ramara seeking nominations for 2023 Volunteer Recognition Awards

Ramara- May 24, 2023– The Ramara Awards Committee is now accepting nominations for the Ramara Wall of Fame and the Spirit of Ramara awards until June 30, 2023, at 4:30 p.m.

"These two awards are a great way to recognize and showcase our outstanding community members who show exemplary leadership, dedication and commitment to improving the quality of life for members in their community.  Since 2014, the Ramara Wall of Fame award has recognized residents' talents, values and contributions within the boundaries of Ramara. Last year, Council established the Spirit of Ramara Award that recognizes and showcases community groups, organizations or individuals who have contributed to the betterment of the Township of Ramara through accomplishments or contributions that significantly enhance the quality of life and community spirit in Ramara."

Nominations for the 2023 Awards must be submitted by June 30, 2023, with a complete nomination form and any other support material. The nomination form and further information regarding the criteria for each category are available on the Township's Awards page.
