Lagoon City Parks and Waterways Commission Meeting - January 11, 2024 2024-2026 Weed Spraying Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Staff provided the request for quotation (RFQ) for the Aquatic Weed Spraying for a three-year term. 

The closing date for the RFQ is March 1, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., and staff will provide the results of the submissions at the March Lagoon City Parks and Waterways meeting. The Commission approved the form of the presented 24-26 Weed Spraying RFQ.

Ramara, ON – January 12, 2024 – Are you a student looking for a job in the summer, or are you out of school and looking for a seasonal position? The Township of Ramara's student and seasonal job opportunities are now open for applications. For the summer student positions, all youth who are 16 years of age or older and returning to school in September 2024 are eligible to apply. Lagoon City Parks and Waterways Commission Meeting - December 14, 2023 North Footbridge

Due to skewed survey results, the Commission requested at the November 9, 2023, meeting that Lagoon City levy-paying residents be re-surveyed with additional questions to ensure that only one per household levy-paying resident answers the questions.

Staff will mail the survey to each levy-paying resident. The survey can be filled out online or by paper and is available until Thursday, January 5, at 4:30 p.m.
