Infrastructure Permit

The Township of Ramara infrastructure department issues the following permits:

911 Municipal Addressing
Entrance Permit
Mailbox Permit

Use the form below to apply to one of the three permits above. Please ensure the application is filled out accurately. Once the permit is complete, a representative will contact the applicant in regards to payment and next steps.

*NEW - Lagoon City Shorewall Permits*

Lagoon City Parks and Waterways Shorewall permits are now accepted through this form. Please complete the information below and select "Lagoon City Shorewall Permit" as your permit type. Infrastructure Permit Fees

Entrance Permit

Alterations or Repairs to an existing entrance. This includes adding gravel and/or paving an existing entrance

$1000.00 Deposit that is refunded upon completion to Township standards

New Entrance Installation

$1000.00 Deposit that is refunded upon completion to Township standards
$300.00 Fee - includes two (2) inspections
- 1st inspection occurs before any work begins.
- 2nd inspection occurs once work is completed. (Final)

Additional Inspections

Any additional inspection required (greater than two (2)) are $300.00 each. All fees are set out by Bylaw 2017.29 and amended by Schedule 'D' 2021.06.
