If you are developing a vacant lot that does not already have a 911 municipal address green blade, you are required to apply for one. Owners can choose to install the blade themselves, or have the municipality install for an additional fee. Already have a blade but need a replacement? Use the same application.
Application Process
- Complete the application.
- Email will be sent to you with the fees to be collected.
- Once fees are collected, we will create your green blade and advise when it is complete.
- If you chose to have the Township install the green blade for you, the Township will install.
- If you chose to install the green blade yourself, the materials can be picked up with your approved building permit, or you can pick it up when ready.
911 municipal address green blades are regulated by Bylaw 2021.58.
